EVALUASI PENGELOLAAN OBAT DI INSTALASI FARMASIRUMAH SAKIT TINGKAT IVSAMARINDA
Abstract
The hospital is a unit of health services to the community. One part of the hospital that is responsible for the drug management process is the Hospital Pharmacy Installation. The occurrence of drug shortages, out of stock, or stockpiles that have accumulated medical and economic impacts. This requires efficient and effective drug management efforts. The management of pharmaceutical supplies is a cycle of activities, starting from the selection, planning, procurement, storage, distribution, elimination, control and evaluation. This research is a qualitative descriptive study which aims to determine the drug management system and the suitability of drug management in the Installation at the Pharmacy Installation of the Level IV Hospital of Samarinda. This research was conducted in January-March 2021. The object of the research is the drug management system at the Pharmacy Installation of Level IV Hospital Samarinda. The data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative analysis technique.
The results showed that the evaluation of drug management at the Pharmacy Installation of the Level IV Hospital of Samarinda was still not effective. Drug management at the Pharmacy Installation of Level IV Hospital Samarinda is still not in accordance with Permenkes number 72 of 2016 this can be seen from the percentage of planning by 50%, procurement 75%, storage 86%, distribution 100% with a decentralized system, and controlling 100%.
