EVALUASI IMPLEMENTASI STANDAR PELAYANAN KEFARMASIAN DI PUSKESMAS LOA IPUH TENGGARONG

Abstract

Pharmaceutical service standards are benchmarks used as guidelines for pharmacist in providing pharmaceutical services and pharmaceutical services are direct and responsible services to patients related to Pharmaceutical Preparations with the aim of achieving definite results to improve the quality of patient life. To improve the quality of pharmaceutical services at the Puskesmas, the Minister of Health Regulation Number 74 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards in Puskesmas. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of pharmaceutical service standards at the Puskesmas Loa Ipuh Tenggarong. The research was conducted from January to March 2021.

This research design is an observational research design using a cohort research design. Data were obtained from filling out interview sheets, questionaire sheets by patients and checklist sheets based on direct observation in the pharmacy room of the Puskesmas Loa Ipuh. The data obtained were compared with the standards in the literature and analyzed using ChiSquare and Spearman's.

Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Minister of Health Regulation Number 74 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards at the Puskesmas Loa Ipuh Tenggarong is included in the Good category. The level of patient satisfaction is included in the Satisfied category. Implementation of Pharmaceutical Service Standards does not affect patient satisfaction.
