EVALUASI PENGGUNAAN OBAT ANTIHIPERTENSI PADA PASIEN IBU HAMIL DENGAN PREEKLAMPSIA DI RSUD ABDUL WAHAB SJAHRANI SAMARINDA PERIODE JANUARI-DESEMBER 2020

Abstract

Preeclampsia is a form of hypertension in pregnancy accompanied by proteinuria, a multisystem disorder that occurs after 20 weeks of pregnancy.This study aims to determine the description of antihypertensive in pregnant women patients and to know the accuracy of the use of antihypertensive drugs in pregnant women patients at Abdul Wahab Sjahrani Samarinda Regional General Hospital reviewed the right aspects indications, precise patients, appropriate drugs and appropriate doses with reference standards (National Guidelines for Medical Services) on the diagnosis and management of Preclampsia in 2016. This type of research belongs to a non-experimental type of research. This study was conducted on an observational basis whose data was taken retrospectively and analyzed in a deceptively non-analytical manner.The samples in this study were pregnant women with preeclampsia diagnosis and using antihypertensive therapy. The method used is totally sampling by considering the criteria of inclusion and exclusion. The sample of research included in the inclusion criteria is as many as 50 medical records patients. The data obtained were then compared with the 2016  standards national  preeclampsia guideline. The results showed the use of antihypertensive drugs nifedipine as many as 33 patients (66%), methyldopa as many as 2 patients (4%), and combination therapy nifedipin and methyldopa as many as 15 patients (30%). Evaluation of the use of antihypertensive drugs based on the right patients (100%), precise indications (100%), appropriate drugs (100%) and appropriate dose (98%).
